Resource Therapy
Resource Therapy is based on the idea that our personality is made up of multi-layered parts, rather than a single personality with different moods. Each part has its own traits & skills and sometimes the wrong part tries to solve a problem, often unsuccessfully. This is because the part that presents an issue in therapy isn’t always the part that needs change. RT deals directly with the problem part.
When we understand and know more about our resources/parts, we can feel better within ourself and easily overcome or deal with those things that hold us back. To obtain a more detailed understanding of you resources/parts, a mapping session is highly recommended.
